P.A.W.S.E. Week 4

Last week was a successful week as far as weight loss. I started the week off slow on the exercise side, but kept my nutrition in check. Then I had a few slip ups nutrition wise during the weekend. At that point I had gotten back on track with exercise. I think some of this had to do with never getting my PAWSE put in writing and not seeing my plan/goals in writing.

So for week 4 the plan is to start strong and stay strong!!!
Exercise Plan- I will be ending my first week and starting my second of JM Body Revolution and I already feel like I'm making progress. Continue getting extra cardio in on any days off work. (2 to 3 miles a day) This week those days are Thursday and Tuesday. On work days I must get a minimum of 10,000 steps.

Nutrition- No excuses! Did well with no sweets or chocolate and I will continue that this week. Keep calories between 1200-1500. Get 800 to 1000 deficit daily.

It's time to kick it in to high gear and Rock this Tigers!! My goal is nothing less than a 3lb loss this week!!
