What A Beautiful Site

Thursday, October 17, 2013

Yesterday I decided to get my hair done. This was my reward for losing five of the eleven pounds that I had gained. Yes, I had a major setback do to celebrating getting near the 230's. I got over that gain and immediately refocused and the results happen. I'm not one of these woman that don't want to workout after getting there hair done. I went right to the gym after my appointment and had a great workout. I saw the most beautiful thing in the world. Their were so, many big brothers and sisters in the gym making a change for a healthier life, and it was such a joy to experience seeing this yesterday. I usually don't go to the gym in the evening, but my schedule caused me to yesterday and I'm so, glad that it did. It was just beautiful!

Good for you!!! I feel you on seeing others like "us" working out. The gym where I go there are so very few and when I do see another it's typically a guy. If I see one of me it's typically a teenager or young adult. Rarely will I see an older one and see them again after that first time.

emoticon I wish there was some way to let them Know how Proud we are of them for being there, but I don't know what to say or how to approach them. I usually just Smile and Nod if they make eye contact.
emoticon I agree, it IS a Beautiful Sight to see!!
