At the current moment I am not feeling my best. My nose is stuffy and my eyes are heavy. The main thing I'm working on this week is getting healthy. I will do this by having Tiger Juice everyday to get in lots of antioxidants. I will go to the chiropractors to get my spine adjusted as often as he is open to make sure my body is working at it's optimal level.

I actually planned out the recipes not just the type of food we would eat each day this week. I even made my shopping list and got all but one thing today.

Wed - We had cheeseburger pasta bake in the crockpot
Thur - Tilapia with tomato, potato and basil
Fri - Flattened chicken
Sat - Nicole has a late soccer game so I think we will go out.
Sun - Pork roast
Mon - Pot roast (new recipe)
Tues - Maple glazed salmon

Actually, all of these are new recipes. I plan on making some new types of bread in the bread machine also.

My exercise will consist of walking the dogs, if I feel better, I will jog, the daily spark video(s) and I'm going to try my Pilates DVD's finally.

I look forward to supporting my Tigers this week! I hope everyone is ready to ROAR!!

    I am with you on the Roaring! We need to gain momentum. Hope you can shake being under the weather quickly.
