I still feel the same as I did yesterday.... But if anyone wanted to argue that working out is not a natural destresser...they are not working out correctly emoticon

I've killed another set of batteries on the wii fit kids have

I have an overwhelming need to run, actually lift my feet, alternatively in rapid often sporadic movements emoticon When it happens it will be in place, and indoors...
Do they make treadmills that can be moved, like on wheels, once it is folded up, I can move it around and store it someplace, then when I use it move it where I want it?
I have been so obsessed with laptop vs computer shopping, which I really need as I work from home and cannot edit the papers via iPad. Maybe for my birthday, I will see about a treadmill, or spend 30 a month for the local gym. They only have one treadmill though.... And no child are and no children allowed emoticon

I appreciate the advise and words of encouragement I will shake things up a bit calorie wise, I am usually low range. The only change I made recently was munching on Pumpkin seeds, organic, lightly salted, and roasted. I drink a TON a water everyday, 96 oz or so.
I have sausage fingers today, so there must be sodium overload somewhere
