Goals were only partially met for today. I got my run in but I didn't do my skinny jeans challenge, planning to make it up tomorrow. I ended up having lots of running around this afternoon that wasn't planned on. But...I only had one beer at trivia tonight, which kept my calories for the day in check. Heading to bed now at nearly 11 and I have work tomorrow. Going to be another fun-filled day I'm sure!

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-eat consciously and track food
-skinny jeans challenge day 15 and 30 minutes kickboxing and/or 30 day shred
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10
