Weeks 8 and 9

I was unable to recap week 8 as I left on the road the day before I usually check in there. I did pretty well that week. I didn't totally give up sweets but I did better with eating and made a minor break through and dropped a couple of pounds. Then I left for this trip. Last week (week 9) I pretty much didn't exercise, except for one session on a treadmill at the hotel on Monday and then running through the Atlanta airport on Friday to catch my connecting flight. I also did not eat right. I had to dine out for every meal, or grab something to take on the plane with me at the airport. That combined with a birthday celebration, I gained back those two pounds, plus two more. So this week, I will be pushing the reset button on my routine. I didn't start out well today, but I'm thinking I can be forgiven since my flight home didn't get in until midnight last night. So I in adverently missed breakfast because I slept late. I also picked up a minor cold from all my travels last week. So hopefully I'll get a good night's sleep tonight and get back at it tomorrow.
