Interesting day today, DD13 is home -sick- she went to school & I had to go pick her up... in FOG! Very tired 2day - up & down all night - soo much water ysterday. A bit extra wobbly 2day & joints are very achey. So, rain & temp drop must be coming. Perseverence!!!
MONDAY - Drink at least 10 cups of water today.: floatilla Matilda :(
TUESDAY - Do at least 3 core exercises today - check some vids 4 this
WEDNESDAY - Eat at least 25 grams of fiber today
THURSDAY - Take a walk today.
FRIDAY - Spend at least 20 minutes today planning your food and/or exercise for next week. - doing some daily
Weekly Streak Challenge - No fast food for at least 5 days this week.
