ok, so probably has been close to a year since i have been on here. I did really well last year, but then finals, holidays, and work crept up on me and everything went downhill from there. I have gained the weight back, so this time my goal is to get it off again, and for good! This morning i was planning on having a biscuit smothered with butter and jam, which is really scrumptious, but i resisted temptation! I am also planning on heading to the gym right after class so i can get back into my routine. I am going to be smart about this and not set exact short term goals, but long ones (with some short ones). i feel like i tried to lose the weight really fast last time so i pushed myself, then when it came off and i got busy i felt less urgency to maintain the healthy life style. So this time i am setting my long term goal for 8 months from now, so that i will have achieved my goal weight by next summer. Then its good bye jeans hello shorts!
