Win, Lose... that's life

Last week.. win some, lose some
win - woke up at *6am* every (weeek)day, except Thursday - I had a migraine. This is major for me. I've continued so far this week. A little tough, but I really like the relaxing time in the morning. And my "walk to work" helps me break that *ugh* feeling. A really energizer.
win - I got to ride my horse. Finally!!! First time ever. It was so-so....we both have learning to do. Thankfully, he was patient with me. As patient as a kid could be.

Loss - working out. I was following the skinny jeans calendar, for a little something new to try.. only lasted a few days.

Loss - ST. Lost that somewhere in the week

Win - despite not following my premium workout plans, I did get high energy walks in through out the day

Diagnosis: Life. It has its ups and downs. wins and losses. Don't dwell on the downs/losses. Learn from them, adapt, Plan. And keep going. Think about the positive. I mean - I WOKE UP AT 6AM!!! and - got out of bed fairly quickly. So, I'm happy!
oh - and i rode my horse :-)
