What is the 5% Challenge?

I don't mean to be stupid here, but I keep reading all these blogs and postings about people entering a "5% challenge."

I've not found any challenges named "5% challenge" nor do I find any articles about it anywhere. What am I missing?

    I did a summer 5% and now a fall 5% challenge. I will remember to send you an invite for the next one. I am so sorry I didn't send you one this time. You get an email and respond to a link to join the team. There are a few days to weeks before it starts to get involved and learn about it. Then you get separated into 'teams' and the challenge begins. Exercise and certain challenges earn your team a place as well as any weight loss. It is hard to explain but it is fun

    Try to lose 5% of your weight in a certain length of time is what a 5% challenge is as far as I know it. You can do it with a group of others or by yourself as a goal. Certain groups will do this, but not sure which ones. I know many things on Spark can be confusing. I have to google things! Have a good week if you can!
