Sorry I haven't been on in awhile. I've got alot going on right now. My hubby just had neck surgery 2 weeks ago. Kids in football ,and all kinds of things going on with other little things. you all are doing well in your journey. I'm holding my own. Can do better,but not gaining!     Tina, I think the main thing is right now is that you are not gaining. We have times in our lives when so much is happening and it can be difficult to get on top of things. And doing things "for ourselves" can be hard to fit in with everything else.
    Maybe you could find even a little bit of time each day to remember your needs. Even if it is a nice leisurely walk in the fresh air. And you can do that as a family. I find music helps me get motivated to do a workout. Exercising to music can be alot of fun. And you could add a couple of changes to your eating plan/habits. And it can also benefit the family, because you can add sneaky little healthier options . Which can only help.
    I hope things slow down and get back to normal really soon. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
