No more looking back.

What I did, I did. I can't change the past.... and I'm not going to beat myself up over it! Instead of saying to myself "I should have done this, or why did I do that" my new expression is NEXT TIME..... it's very empowering.

Today I'm going to set some realistic goals and work everyday to reach them. I'm pretty clear about some things I want but with other things I'll decide as I go along.

It's another beautiful day. I'm going to get out and enjoy it! I will take time to sit outside with my journal and devise my plan to move forward.... a realistic plan that I know I can follow. It will require a little pushing on my part but I know the end result will be worth it.

Just when the caterpillar thought her life was over she became a butterfly!

Have a wonderful day!

You go, girl!! This is the beginning of the best year yet! I hope you get a Spark Activity Tracker - I can honestly tell you that it's the neatest thing! Wear it on your blouse or bra when you go dancing - You won't believe how many steps you take! emoticon

The past is over, the future is uncertain~ all we have is the present, which is why it's called a gift. I've seen that one before and your not looking back reminded me of this. Helps to stay focused when we don't look back! (except to learn from the past) Love your pictures with your blog.
