Got my walk in this morning, not as far as we had been going; hip was hurting & was feeling a little off kilter. So, only did about 3/4 of waht we normally do. Have to map it see exactly.
Need to kick my tracking in high gear & implement more strenth training & some stretching.
It, is beautiful here in my corner of the world today. Had a pretty good weekend, some ups & downs: hubbo's family x-mas drawing gathering was still held though FIL was still in the hospital; FIL did get released later on SAT, well after gathering was over; had too much good food; I got stung by yelloawjacket & my hand swelled up- it's looking & feeling better now. We were hosts of the gathering and now we are in charge of "the Turkey & gravy" for Chrstmas Dinner - I don't think it's a big deal. I roast many turkeys every year-not hard.
I did not get my walking done Sat or Sun. I really need to improve my weekend healthy habits. Though, after the "sting" I was loaded up on benedryl & it makes me very sleepy. But, that's no excuse for othe weekends.

MONDAY - Drink at least 10 cups of water today.: THIS IS A WHOLE LOTTA WATTA! I BETTER START MY DRINKNING NOW. OUR HYDRATION-NATION DAY
TUESDAY - Do at least 3 core exercises today.
WEDNESDAY - Eat at least 25 grams of fiber today
THURSDAY - Take a walk today.
FRIDAY - Spend at least 20 minutes today planning your food and/or exercise for next week.
Weekly Streak Challenge - No fast food for at least 5 days this week.
