Getting on track with tracking

At work through out the year we have "Be Healthy" challenges. For the next 6 weeks, the challenge is to track all your food every day. For each day you track you are entered into prize drawings. Prizes in the past have been cookbooks, gift cards (Whole Foods and such), water bottles, fitbits, and T-shirts to name a few. Since I have been in a slump and not doing what I know needs to be done, I am taking this opportunity to get back on track. My weight loss stalled for 6 months so I had given up on tracking. Well that was not a good idea. I ended up gaining 15 pounds over 4 months. Guess I wasn't ready to stop tracking. Time to get back on track and turn this around for the positive.
