Forgot to report in last week --
It wasn't pretty, I was up 4 pounds. I figured that it was mostly water weight and it would be down this week, but that didn't happen. I still don't know how the scale went up that much in one week. I ate badly, but not that many calories worth.
So, I guess I'll keep on with the same goals.
Keep up with the water and cardio.
Work more on getting to bed earlier.
Stay within the nutritional ranges. This really needs a lot of work.
I hope we all have a good week, eating less and losing more...
