I'm Back!

Took a few days off SP and concentrated on Stuff for the gun club. Renewals coming up and worked on verifying Range Attendant shifts and getting the renewals all in order with the printer. The other member that usually is around to help with any issues is in Africa with her husband on a safari- lucky her. She has sent some awesome pictures of the trophies they have harvested.

Didn't take my Extra test last Wednesday for the Ham radio- just didn't feel ready and why waste the $$$. We did go to the testing place at Perkins and Jim assisting giving the tests. He is now an accredited Volunteer Examiner, or VE. I will apply once i get my extra also. Then we both can do it if needed.

Work was really good this week. No horrible errors to figure out or waste time on. Starting to get my routine down and feel like I am accomplishing things. Progress!

Went to the club today to just look around. The bathroom project is coming along. The footings and base cement work is in place for the outside of the addition and the plumbing is all roughed in. Should have indoor plumbing at the club in a month or so if all goes well. This is pretty much being done with volunteer labor, so that and weather are the biggest concerns right now. It was wonderful at the club, nice fall day, sunny and cool. The rifle Sight IN for the public was going on, $10 a gun to sight in at 25, 50 and 100 yards. Dropped off some flyers on the way home at Cabelas for the event.

Jim is on the radio, thinking of taking a break and getting a walk in. Did get the lawn mowed so that is out of the way.
