Day 18 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Stopped eating at 7 PM yesterday and had my 1st meal at 10 AM, 15 hrs IF. I have been hungry lately and as always, getting a lot of exercise! Ate 2330 calories and burned 465 calories exercising: 30 min yoga (moderate effort) + 30 min elliptical (fairly hard effort) + 50 min swimming (easy effort.) I weighed myself again and I am only down 1 lb in 18 days, but my measurements have improved greatly, as shown 2 days ago--- less fat + more muscle.
