...But Holding Steady

While I have not reached my stated goal of less than 200 pounds, or even reached last year's low of 209.8, I have been holding pretty steady around 217-220. I hope I can hold this over the Winter, although that may be wishful thinking based on past Winters...

I have been trying to drum up support to run another Challenge at Pagan Place. So far we have 3 other people, but I know from lots of experience that this is not enough to complete a successful and stimulating Challenge, so if you are looking for a good one, come join in. New or experienced, no matter.

    If I drink any more water I'll be floating. I'm getting an average or 14 glasses per day.

    I agree with the advice to drink more water. It will help to raise your metabolism.
