Hit what I feel is my all time lowest

Friday, October 11, 2013

For dinner tonight I had potato chips and dip... after 2 martinis. What am I thinking??? I've been steadily falling into a decline in my efforts to be healthy. It slowly took over. My weight has remained the same but my body has changed, re-shifted... and I feel tired...too tired lately. I haven't been eating right. And that makes me tired so I don't exercise. This is NOT acceptable! Yes... things in my life have not been easy lately but this is not an excuse to just let everything I've worked for go to the wayside. I deserve better. I think I lost myself for a bit here...wallowing in "whatever." But I'm not a quitter. And though I've come on here and keeping saying..."oh..this time it's going to be different..I'm going to do it....wah, wah, wah..." the pity party is OVER!!! This time....starting tonight.... I'm putting it out there.... CATHY... either s--t or get off the pot!!! (sorry if my language offends anyone.) I'm choosing to move forward...i.e. S--T... ..lol .... .and I will deal with whatever I need to deal with but in a totally healthy body! Yay me!!!! :) (Cheering myself on....I'm my number one fan!!! Hey...we have to love ourselves first...)
Keep Sparking my friends. It works!
Hugs!!!!!

awwwww... a girl's gotta have chips and martinis for dinner sometimes! Just enjoy it when you do once in awhile and then do what you're already doing....which is getting right back on track. You got this! emoticon

Not being a quitter will get you places! These changes aren't easy, but they are certainly worth working for. It's a jagged path to success, but your on your wall as long as you don't quit!

emoticon and I'll be here to cheer you on too! I too have slipped off a bit and planning the restart after this holiday weekend (because I know that I will be eating a bit extra with it being our thanksgiving and all). The important thing is that we never quit on ourselves! emoticon

We've all slid down the hill -- but stop the slide by changing your routine. Sometimes I start my day with slices of leftover chicken breast and cherry tomatoes for breakfast. Why not? And it helps get me Bach in the groove - nothing better than protein and vegetables to restart your engines. emoticon

It seems we have been on the same old train ride, my friend. I just couldn't seem to get back into the program until last week. What kick my big a$$ into gear was buying that little "Spark" gizmo. I swear, there is a little Jewish mother in there that makes you feel so guilty if you don't walk! I highly recommend getting one - it's really helped me a lot!

alcohol, while pretty awesome stuff, lowers my resistance too. you are right, only we can choose what we want for ourselves. get 'er done.

Chips and martinis happen. You have a great attitude. You're throwing away the rear view mirror and focusing on the present. I'd like to a add you as a Spark Friend because I like your positive outlook.

you are doing wonderful! part of change, or you know when you have grown is when you realize the difference. we all have these days. you notice the difference and why you feel different. the fact that you realize that its for yourself, and none else, is great! rock on lady!
