9 Week Challenge Cancelled...for now

I have realized I really need to get my eating under control before I do a weight challenge. As much as I would like to lose the 15 lbs by Dec 2nd (my Bday) I need to learn to be healthy again first before I start focusing on the weight loss.

I have really been trying hard this week though I can say. I haven't even had a sip of any pop/soda this whole week! That is AMAZING for me because I was up to at least 3 cans a day. I also have been watching my candy intake. I had some Monday, none Tuesday, a wee bit Wednesday, 1 piece Thursday, and none today (besides my skinny cow but that doesn't count towards what I count as candy). This again is really good for me because I was stuffing my face full everyday of that chocolately goodness....lol.

So I am hoping I can do some kind of challenge here soon but for now, it is just focusing on getting my eating under control first.

I will have my measurements on tomorrow and see where I have landed with my 1st week of no pop/soda and limited candy. Hope it has helped a little bit at least!
