Weigh in number 2 is tomorrow

I weighed 169 on my home scale this morning. emoticon

I have consistently weighed two pounds heavier at the clinic, so we'll see what happens tomorrow. It really is just numbers but I like celebrating milestones. Each journey through the numbers will be nice. travelled through those 170s in only two weeks !!!
Next the journey through the 160s, doesn't matter really how long it takes.
At 163 lbs that stupid BMI thing will change from obese to overweight. Most of the clothes in my closet will start to fit me again when I hit the 140s. At 136 the stupid BMI changes from overweight to "normal". (silly thing it is)

breakfast - enjoyed the vanilla pudding pancake that I make, how awesome I can eat a pancake for breakfast and still lose weight

lunch - I like the berry and yogurt drink, I'm at home for lunch today so think I'll cook my veggies. Raw veggies.... every day that's a bit much.

Have a good day everyone and keep going on the IP protocol. We'll all get through our journeys and must remember to enjoy the journey. I think one reason I'm over the tiredness and brain fog is I'm going to bed at 8pm - 8:30pm to get lots of sleep. Sleeping is just as important an activity as any others we do. On workdays I wake up at 4:45am, on days off I wake up at about 6:30am.
