I'm entering this a day late. However, plans have changed for the weekend since yesterday so I'm actually glad that I didn't do it.
I've been doing quite well with the kids' sports schedules and still fixing dinner instead of just getting something quick. Guess what my challenges are next week? Yep, same old, same old. Sports, sports and more sports and my parents are coming Sunday.
Wed - roasted chicken
Thurs - Crockpot Atlanta brisket (new recipe, liked it!)
Fri - Leftovers (probably tacos with the chicken and brisket)
Sat - Maple glazed Salmon
Sun - BBQ (either chicken or steak)
Mon - Cheesy Chicken and veggie pasta
Tue - Flattened chicken
I have been working my up to run a 10k by the end of the round. I currently can make a little over a 5k. I will continue this training. I will also add in more ST this week with either Spark videos, the gym or videos I have here.
