Day 16 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Took measurements today and compared them to 2 months ago. Positive results: slimmer hips -1.25", legs looking / feeling solid--- added +1.5" to thigh and +0.75" to calf. (I have really long, skinny limbs, so adding muscle is a goal in addition to losing fat.) I've been working my arms hard but no change in measurement (perceive more muscle, less fat though.) IF is still going well. I stopped eating at 5:15 PM last night and had 1st meal at 9:30 AM today, a 16.25 hr IF. I was mildly to moderately hungry when I started eating today, I ate 1936 calories today and burned 360 calories by walking 5 miles in 90 min.
