Work, a danger to my health

Work has been so busy the past two days that I just haven't had time for my break/walk. This is the 2nd day that I am walking on the treadmill right before bed time, but tomorrow is a new day (funny how tomorrow is always a new day) and I will make my exercising just as important as getting my work done regardless if it's a busy day! emoticon

    I understand your pain. A co-worker and I usually do stairs at lunch but yesterday I had a conference call scheduled at walk time so I didn't get my lunch walk in. Good for you for getting it in on the treadmill before bed. I was lazy and didn't get my steps in at all yesterday.

    I'm right there with you. You can do it though!!! When it gets too bad for me, I try to remember that on my death bed I am probably not going to lament not getting the assignment in on time or something to that effect. A bit morose, but that usually is what it takes for me.

    You can do it! Work is important, but remember you can be better at your job if you're healthy and stress-free, which exercise helps both!

    Keep moving forward. I have been busy at work myself, but today I did get in my 11 mile run on the treadmill. I always exercise late. It works for me. I still manage to get enough sleep. I am the only person I know that can finish exercising at 11 o'clock and take a shower and go to sleep within 10 minutes or less after turning off the light.
