I have my workout routine under control. I burn approximately 2500 calories through exercise only and I don't feel like its too much. But the thing is that I just can't leave refined flour alone. It teases me even if I try to stay away from it. I have tried buying the whole wheat so that if in case I feel for bread I would go for the the healthier version, but I still find myself eating the white bread. Well I guess I should practice more self discipline in order to achieve my goals. This is going to be soooooo hard!!!!
