Day 15 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Half way through my 30-day experiment! I have found it easy to stick to my IF program and will be curious to see what kind of results I get. I stopped eating at 8:30 PM last night and had my 1st meal at 11:15 AM, a 14.75 hr IF. I ate 2150 cal today and burned 640 calories exercising. I did 1 hr of yoga (moderate effort) + 1 hr elliptical (fairly hard effort.) I feel like I could do a lot more exercise!
