FOOD LESSON LEARNED

With my SPARK attached, I have been very motivated to 'move it, move it'.
My husband and I went out for dinner at Wendy's. We love their chili; however, because tonight we were going to Bible Study and would be around people, we decided not to have the chili. I opted for the Wendy's Apple Pecan Salad.
Once home I looked up the nutritional information & was floored. I could not believe that the large chili had less calories, less fat, practically less everything compared to the salad I ate. I really need to check out the menu & nutritional info BEFORE ordering.
Yep, LESSON LEARNED! The salad was wonderful though (tee hee).
