Meditation Day 3

I read that depressed people who did an eight-week meditation program increased activity in a certain area of their brains (the left prefrontal cortex) so that their brain activity more closely resembled that of non-depressed people.

Even more reason to try meditation!

On day three, I fell asleep halfway through my meditation.

    I used to use meditation specifically to help me sleep. Probably not smart, but it worked.
    I am sure you benefited both from the meditation and the nap.
    Exercise is another good mood enhancer. Good luck.
