Met all my goals today except bedtime. I forgot (again) that Tuesday = trivia when I set my bedtime. 11 pm it is tonight. My run was slow this morning, heavy legs; I think I'm just tired on Tuesdays after a long run Sunday and cross training on Monday. Overall a pretty good day. Bring on Wednesday!

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-min 30 minutes cardio: 30 day shred and/or kickboxing and skinny jeans challenge
-eat consciously and log food
-set daily goals/Spark
-in bed by 10
