I did Zumba for the first time in weeks today, and it felt awesome! I can't wait to work my way up to being able to do it for longer amounts of time. I also ate healthier than I have been today. I know that I need to really work on finding healthier things to eat for lunch when I work, and for breakfast before work. It's just really hard when I'm so broke and picky, and I don't like waking up any earlier than I have to. It will be a process, but I am determined to find new and healthier options. Now I am on Netflix watching My 600 Pound Life. It's so shocking and motivational.
