Keeping tabs on journaling ALL you eat, the exercises you do, amount of water you drink, etc.... can become a burn out.
Not when you own the SPARK Activity Tracker. Just turn on your pc, have the wireless Sync Point in the USB port & your SPARK attached to you (mine's on my shoe laces). Then proceed to 'Move it, Move it!'
My Mother & I walked about 3 or 4 town blocks to return books at the Library Bookmobile. It took us about 17 minutes to get there. Going home we stopped at the local store & to talk to people along the way.
I had the SPARK tracker minimized on my pc & it immediately synced & updated the data. WOW! I love that part. No more manual entering.
I totally recommend the SPARK Activity Tracker...
