Day 13 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Stopped eating at 7:45 PM last night and had my 1st meal at 12:15 PM, a 16.5 hr IF. I was mildly to moderately hungry when I started eating. I ate 2246 calories and burned 470 via exercise. For exercise I did 45 min Zumba + 70 min yin yoga. I had a fairly busy day with the highlight being a massage. I've been exercising a lot and my muscles appreciated the rub down.
