I am finally on track with my fitness goals, Last week I managed to do Monday-Thursday :( But missed out Friday-Sunday but was right back on with my fitness today and I pushed through it hard I didn't let myself give up I kept going and I am super proud of that... I promised myself I am going to do at least 30-40 minutes of fitness a day. After having my son 10 months ago I had actually lost weight and well of course happy about that, but I managed to gain 20 lbs back and I was already not happy with my current weight so needless to say that has really kick started me to keep on going!!! Not only because I want to be healthy and fit, also so I can be for my son and be active with him because he is already proving to be an extremely mobile little boy lol :D I only struggle mostly with my nutrition I have never been a good eater I guess you can say... We could actually sum it up to I barely eat and when I do it's either not very much or it's over the top amount and I definitely know that is not helping with reaching my fitness goal :( I need help desperately when it comes to that side of it. But overall I am super proud of my progress so far and I know it can only get better because that's just the way it is right? lol well in my world it is.

    Thank you steven :) Omg I know nutrition is so complicated lol... I am awesome for getting the right ingredients I am just terrible for remembering to eat and cook them :P

    I too am good with the fitness, the motivation is there. BUT also my nutrition part of the equation has a lot of needed help, even when I try to plan it out! Keep up the awesome job of exercising and keeping up with your bundle full of energy!
