Interested or committed?
I am most definitely committed to my food plan.
I am not looking back, only forward.
I realize I am not going to be perfect each day, but there are some things that are completely within my control: water intake, planning meals and moving my body.
My plan is to preplan 5 nights of meals each week, drink 64 ounces of water each day and move my body at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
I am in all the way.
Today, we went out to eat for lunch. While everyone was ordering Italian dishes loaded with cheese, I chose a ceasar salad. While everyone ate the rolls, I drank my tea and just visited.
