Try a happiness campaign

Stumbled across this article by the author of Undoing Perpetual Stress. He suggests trying a three-month "happiness campaign" which consists of

a) 30 min of daily exercise, and
b) 30 min of mindfulness meditation.

Sounds fascinating! I've already incorporated daily exercise into my schedule, usually a morning workout of either walking outdoors (now that the weather is nicer), or indoors on the treadmill or elliptical for 30-40 min.

I'm new to meditating, so I'm trying 10 min a day. So far, it has been very relaxing!

    Many many years ago I used to meditate most every day for 30 mins- I remember being happy, calm, relaxed...
