Your workout shouldn't feel like work!

REading through my SparkCoach session today was one of those moments where you say to yourself "Wow! I can't believe this is the topic today!".

Yesterday my husband and I bought two new kayaks. we have been wanting to find ways to spend more time together while getting exercise and being healthy. Going to a gym has always felt like a burden to my husband. So you can imagine how I must have felt as I read about finding ways to make my workouts fun and not feel like "work".

We took our two kayaks out today for their first voyage and had a great time. Both of us are looking forward to getting out again. If you've found yourself in a rut, find something new to do that doesn't feel like exercise, but gets you moving.
