So one of my favorite blogs to read is www.mamalaughlin.
. This weekend she ran 16 miles! She is training for a marathon. She works full time, has a hubby and 2 young boys. If she can find a way to train for a marathon, so should I. Right now I'm on rest and it's killing me! I am loving the down time BUT I miss doing some with my energy. At work I've been taking the elevator and not the stairs. I think tomorrow I'm going to take the stairs. I won't do it every day. Need to go slow. Don't want to over do it!

First 5k that I will RUN will be March 16, 2014!
