Day 12 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

I stopped eating at 2 PM yesterday--- big mistake! I usually eat from noon to 8 PM and my schedule was off too much. I felt hungry by 10 PM, but held out until 4 AM, a 14 hr IF, my minimum goal. I slept poorly because I was hungry. If I could redo yesterday, I would add a large salad around 6:30 PM and all would have been fine. I ate a lot today since I essentially ate an extra meal and snack, 2490 calories. For exercise, I walked 4.1 miles in 70 min + did elliptical (fairly hard effort) 30 min. I burned 490 calories total. I look forward to going back to a normal schedule tomorrow!
