Day 5

Sunday - what a great day. It is usually my day of rest and yet I seem to always be busy. Saturday was not bad at all. Got my exercise in, ate fairly well and overall felt good.

Sunday - hmmm - actually did a lot of work today and succumbed to black licorice. However once again I met my range as my breakfast was actually so late it could be considered lunch so another missed meal.

I am starting to see a real trend here and one that no wonder I ate mindlessly. I mean really - no focus on what I am doing - just doing. Dinner was planned as is dinner tomorrow and Tuesday - but what about breakfast and lunch. I should be planning those as well and snacks. How can I eat healthy if I do not plan it all?

No wonder I have started over and over and over - while I was believing I was doing a great job I actually had no idea and was only partially paying attention.

So Day 5 and yet not really Day 1. Like SparkPeople says - pick 3 fast goals and do them for a week and then add...well I am not sure if a week is long enough.

So I did state that 2 servings of fruit and veggies and 5000 steps were to be my fasttrack goals.

Update - I made the 2 servings of fruit and veggies but did not make the 5000 steps today. Well I should celebrate one and push harder on the other.

Day 5 and not bad - not good but not bad either.

Fruit/veggies and steps...Let's GO
