I Collect Fitness Minutes!

It has occurred to me in the past that my foundation is fitness. If I'm rockin' the fitness, I'm more inclined to eat well. However, the inverse has never been true. Eating right is just so hard for me, it's never been my starting point. We all have times when the motivation wanes. When that happens, you need to get back to basics. For me, that's fitness.
