I am taking my fish
oil, magnesium, and potassium just like I'm supposed to. I am drinking some carrot
juice watered down with water. Its very low calorie and is more satisfying than plain water. I don't have a juicer yet, and my blender isn't strong enough to do root vegetables so I buy it organic at Trader Joe's.
