Here I go again, down another path to help me lose weight.
I ran across the book 100 days of weight loss, I was interested. Was this the structure piece I have been needing? I read some of the reviews on Amazon and came away thinking...meh...another $10 for yet another weight loss book.
Later, I read the sample and came across this statement: "do it anyway." I do tons of stuff because I have to...work, laundry, grading 120 tests at a time, but I have never equated that with water, food journaling or exercise. I got up and rode my bike for 34 minutes!
I downloaded the free 100 day challenge journal.
This morning I joined a team and started working on my day 1 assignment.
I used to think I had blown the day if I ate something not on my plan, now I record it on my food planner and move on.
I used to always eat seconds at supper, now I stop when I am satisfied.
What makes this different from the myriad of books and products I have purchased in the past?
This works with the plan I already had in place and with my favorite SP team, Turquoise Titans. This book made me realize that the plan I started this month will work because I am placing the correct tools in my tool belt.
Finds me hopeful and looking forward to the next 99 days:)
