Just finding interesting articles and videos that SPARKED various ideas and seem to address various aspect of our Sparked lives...

Fun and thoughtful video "Virtue Is Beautiful" - young Morman fellas praising the modesty of beautiful women. And it is #capti

"Know when to splurge on that special item" by Debra Bass, St. Louis Dispatch - printed in the Wichita Eagle on Sept. 16, 2013
(Edited: finally found that link:
lurge-on-that-special.html ),

but the link I found first is to an earlier version written Aug. 8, 2013 not as tightly edited, called "Shoppers Dilemma: When To Splurge".

It partly answers an ongoing question I've wondered about elsewhere on SparkPeople, selecting rewards for various short and long-term goals. So many things I could simply just buy, but there have been those really expensive items I didn't feel like I could justify, and Ms. Bass' final point in these two versions of her article really helped clarify for me how to use those types of accessories or clothing items as goal rewards (even though she does not discus what kind of goal a person might be working on, like lifestyle changes etc.).

And here is a fun video to watch. It is essentially a 4:35 minute music video promo for a small video camera to wear on your body or on your sports equipment - shows people skiing, biking, surfing, snowboarding, parasailing, hiking, interacting with wild animals, all sorts of adventures!
