Day 11 Intermittent Fasting (IF) Journal

Stopped eating at 5:15 PM last night and ate my 1st meal at 9:30 AM, a 16.25 hr IF. I was moderately hungry when I started eating. It felt good to have some fuel for my morning workout. In the AM, I did 40 min of yoga (moderate effort) + 30 min elliptical (fairly hard effort.) In the PM, I walked 4.1 mi in 75 min. I burned a total of 650 calories via exercise. I ate 1945 calories today and it seemed pretty easy to do, as I was hungry and I had some good, spicy Indian food.

    Yes, Mzzchief, spicy food, especially Indian food, is my downfall too!

    Good spicy Indian food is my downfall.
    I always tell myself I'm only going to eat half of the take out and save the rest for later, but it never happens. YUM!

    Good to hear you're doing well with the IF.
