Today was okay. At the WW meeting this morning, we discussed habits and making small changes. I'm going to focus on beer in the evening and cross stitching to keep my hands busy and the food out of my mouth. Exercise today was low key, my hubby and I went on a mellow walk together.

    So focusing on beer :). That could be interpreted a couple of ways. Glad you were able to get a walk in with your husband. It's good to do things together.
