As of October 1st, I am challenging myself to 30 days wheat free. I am also challenging myself to track everything that I eat to ensure that I am eating within my caloric range. On October 2nd, I started weighing myself again and purchased a 30 day detox through renew life to help jumpstart my weight loss. For the first 2 weeks, I am focused on nutrition and not putting pressure to exercise regularly. Starting the 3rd week, I will add in 3 days of at least 30 minutes worth of activities.
