I walked 3.1 miles (5K) today and finished in 57 minutes. I'd love to bring my time down more, but it's a nice victory. It's the second time I've come in under one hour.

In other news, I shared my disappointing weigh in with my husband. He told me that he always sees his lowest weight on Saturday morning. So, figuring I had nothing to lose, I stepped on that awful scale today. Much to my surprise I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday. Sweet! It looks like these crazy weigh ins probably are day to day variation.
