Tonight there is not enough time to record post and edit a video for you all!

I have had a great day today and got in 462 Fitness Minutes! - YES JUST TODAY ALONE!

I finally hit a goal on my fitbit I've wanted for a while... (30,000 Steps Badge) - I made it to 30,415!!! and did 14.22 Miles! WOOHOO!

Aside from working a long 8.5 hour day I also did a 60min Zumba Class with Weightbusters Fitness, 2 T25 Workouts (Total Body Circuit and Ab Intervals) and a 45min Stepper Workout to top off all the walking ive been doing!

Today was a much better day food wise!

For my 1st coffee break at work i had the homeade museli
This one had...
Quinoa, Flax Seeds, Rolled Oats, 2% Milk, Greek Yogurt, Shaved Coconut, Alomonds, Honey, Apples, Fresh Blueberry Compote. Deelish!!!!

Lunch was a 1/2 Lentil Salad with Diced Tomatos and Zuccini and 1/2 Brocoli and Cabbage Salad i had this with a Cheese Sandwhich on Multigrain Bread and my Iced Coffee! Yummm!

Dinner was subway

Breakfast was my usual meal... (oatmeal, Iced Coffee, Extend bar, Vega)
