Since putting the scale away

I put the scale away awhile ago. Since then, I have been measuring the amount of moving I can get in throughout the day, feeling satisfied with looser clothes, and getting an energy surge from taking good care of myself. I am also tracking the amount of sleep I get because I tend to short-change myself in that department a little too often....taking care of those around me instead of myself. Not that it isn't good to take care of those around me, but I indeed know that if I do not take care of me first, there is nothing left to give to anyone else. Talk about BURN OUT! So measuring a lack of burn out is another way to measure my progress. How do you measure your progress I wonder? Please share some ways you use that I haven't thought of yet!
