My NSV: 15 minutes...x2!

Just gotta brag on myself a bit. I know all of you understand because "you're there." Or you've been there. Or you're on your way, like I am. Regardless...

I'm in a hotel because I sometimes travel for work. I packed tennis shoes (roughly more than half the length of the carry-on) and workout clothes. I was determined to work out.

So I did! Tonight I did a 15-minute video which had me breathing so hard my lungs burned and I had to pace around my room for quite some time afterward just to get my pulse back to normal. And then I thought I was done. And then I told myself, "No, you can do more than that. Do it again!" And I did! I DID! WOOT!!!!

As well, I ate a salad and soup for lunch today, and had a different kind of salad and soup for dinner. Huge NSV's for me because...well, come on. I'm not 50+ pounds overweight because I've eaten too much soup and salad.

Thanks for reading and supporting me. I know you understand what a huge deal this is for me, and I'm so glad i can share it with all of you!

    Oh yeah--used to travel quite a bit but I never even thought about doing a video. Nice work on getting those exercise minutes in and making those right choices. Pretty awesome! Hope your Friday goes great!
